"I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I have been a long time member of the State Farm Family. When I joined back in 2014 I started with Bryce's mom. She left (even tho she still pops in to help lol) then she introduced me to Bryce. There has NEVER been an issue with Bryce and team. If you want to feel like a person and not a number this is where you need to be. They are so accommodating, understanding and patient. I think at this point I have spoken with everyone on the team and everyone treats me the same. You get what you pay for and hands down the money is nothing compared to the support and peace of mind that they give me. Bryce and team always looks out for mine and my family's best interest he always makes sure I'm getting the best coverage. Everyone person is nice and educated.. I really appreciate all of the time and support you guys have shown me over the years. I guess when you leave Bryce I will have Brooke or Tyler as my agent.. You won't get rid of me.. Last but not least Amber today saved me from having a break down.. Before I got on the phone I wasn't in the best mood but after speaking with her and her reassuring me my account was ok and breaking down my account details put my mind at ease.. "Terrible agent and highly don’t recommend him. And after 22 yrs with State Farm, I no longer recommend them either. They are too expensive, constantly raising their prices due to “rating change, across the state for everyone”. Despite not having a claim/accident for well over 10yrs. There’s no personal touch with your Agent anymore, especially with Bryce Crawford. The Agent is worthless and uneducated. If you have older policies, I highly recommend staying away or switching to a smarter Agent because Bryce won’t know anything about them. And when he says he’ll “look into it and call back” he doesn’t. Forcing you to call back and leave multiple messages with zero response. The only plus side to Bryce has been Mayra. She seems like a no nonsense, hard working employee who probably is majorly underpaid based on Bryce’s work ethic and demeanor. Progressive is consistently cheaper than State Farm especially for large vehicles like diesels. If you can, USAA is a lot cheaper and gives you that old school personal touch. All State is also cheaper, but gives you the corporate feel that State Farm currently provides but All State would be the lesser of the 2 evils."
